Korevida Solutions was founded on years of hands-on experience solving complex post-sales operational challenges. Rachel Toth began her career in tech as a Customer Success Manager, where she gained a deep appreciation for client relationships and the power of scalable solutions.
As she progressed into roles such as Gainsight Administrator and Customer Success Operations Manager, Rachel developed a strong command of the systems, processes, and data that underpin effective post-sales teams. Her work consistently focused on identifying opportunities to improve efficiency while elevating both customer and employee experience.
Leading a Post-Sales Operations team gave Rachel firsthand insight into the impact of aligned teams and streamlined processes. Korevida Solutions was created to help organizations navigate post-sales complexity with clarity, confidence, and sustainable results.
